Carving Ice was founded in 1992 by Roland Hernandez. He started the company from the back of his Honda Accord, filling a need that he discovered while working in the hotel industry.
We specialize in creating beautiful, crystal-clear ice sculptures – the perfect way to add a touch of elegance to weddings, parties, corporate functions and any other special event. Our brand new 12,000 square foot location makes us the largest ice sculpting facility in the United States!
Carving Ice has worked on special events for clients such as Coca-Cola, Anheuser-Busch, Sony, Paramount, Universal Studios and Warner Brothers to create unforgettable ice masterpieces. Our skilled artisans have been creating beautiful ice sculptures for ten years for clients throughout southern California. We also are the only North American distributor of the AquaSermo.… in Latin it means “Talking Water” … the latest way to impress your clients and promote and market your products and services.
